I want to place an order to send to multiple address, can I do this?

Thinking of ordering treats to employees working from home, a surprise delivery to colleagues around the country, or perhaps gifts to clients? We can help you with a bulk order! Simply pay once and fill out a spreadsheet for us to ship to each individual address around the country.

Please note: This is for 10+ addresses only. If you have less than 10 addresses, it will be quicker to buy individually through our secure checkout! :)

Please let us know what you would like to order so we can offer you an accurate quote plus shipping costs. All our treats are vegetarian and halal friendly, but let us know if you have any other dietary requirements.

Things to note

Shipping

We can ship anywhere nationwide/on the Mainland UK, but please let us know if there are any deliveries to the Scottish Highlands as these take an extra day to arrive. We don't include cream to gifts to these addresses as this would go off by the time it arrived.

We are unable to deliver to the Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland.  

Timing

We recommend you arrange delivery the day before, so the recipients have the afternoon tea or treats in good time. We can deliver nationwide between Monday - Saturday each week (deliveries inside the M25 can also be made on a Monday via our local courier) and orders arrive between 8am-8pm on the day. 

Payment is usually required a minimum 7 days before the delivery date, but if you need your deliveries sooner do let us know and we will aim to deliver on your preferred date. 

During peak times, for example Valentines, Easter, Halloween and Christmas, we strongly recommend you place your order as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Your order is not confirmed until we receive payment from you!

Gift Notes

We can include a gift note for each order provided it is the same for all of them!

Payment

We can do a bulk order for 1 payment for which you can use debit, credit or amex. A link for payment would be emailed to you.

Promotional discounts (such as but not limited to Newsletter sign up discounts) are not applicable to multi discount orders or manually processed orders.
